Combine castor sugar,evaporated milk,vanilla extract or essence and butter in a saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted,off fire and keep warm.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add the beaten eggs into the slightly cold Evaporated milk mixture and stir till well mix.&lt;br /&gt;4. Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda into a large mixing bowl then pour the eggs mixture over the flour and stir till well mix (cake batter should be runny).&lt;br /&gt;5. Heat up the steamer.&lt;br /&gt;6. Lined and greased a 8 or 9 inch baking pan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Pour the batter into prepared pan and place the pans into the steamer and cover the top of the pan loosely with a piece of aluminium foil.&lt;br /&gt;8. Steam over medium heat for 45 mins.&lt;br /&gt;9. To but and eat them, of course they are expensive, one day, I decided to make them myself.  And as a result, my husband said, "no need to go to the Chinese restaurant anymore.  You cook like a Cook!"..  Hehe, kembang tau!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here you go:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fish (siakap la best), marinate with salt n white peppers.&lt;br /&gt;Coat with cornstarch.&lt;br /&gt;Deep fry.&lt;br /&gt;Put aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the gravy:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 inch ginger - roughly sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 yellow onion - roughly sliced&lt;br /&gt;8-10 cherry tomatoes, or 1 diced big tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;* 1/2 tbsp tomato kecthup&lt;br /&gt;* 4 tbsp sweet chillies&lt;br /&gt;* 1 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;* 1 tsp soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;* 1 tbsp cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;* a pinch of salt (dont want to put also ok)&lt;br /&gt;Water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all the ingredients marked *.&lt;br /&gt;Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Tarak tipu punye recipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients for caramel:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat the sugar until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat, put the water onto the caramel, put it back on the heat, stir fastly for 15second and pour in the bekas yang tahan panas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients for pudding:&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 cup fresh milk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup castor sugar&lt;br /&gt;6 eggs&lt;br /&gt;few drops of vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blend eggs n sugar&lt;br /&gt;Heat the milk sampai mula nampak buih menggelegak, cepat2 remove from heat&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan eggs n sugar&lt;br /&gt;Kacau2, masukkan mixture dalam bekas with caramel tu (A)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oven 160degree.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan (A) dalam sebuah bekas berisi air. Butter dan gula dipukul sehingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Pukul lagi. Masukkan esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;3. Well, the taste is good, although not as good as KFC, but the taste is nearrrrrly there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients for Mashed Potato:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;Potato&lt;br /&gt;Fresh Milk&lt;br /&gt;White Pepper&lt;br /&gt;Salt n sugar to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rebus potato yg dikupas sampai lembut sekali, toskan.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan potato yg direbus tu dalam periuk dgn susu n pepper.  Lenyek2.  Kalao kering, tambah susu sampai puas hati kehalusan lenyekan.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan pepper salt n sugar secukup rasa.  Lebihkan rasa manis sebab whipped cream tu akan masin2 sikit.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients for Whipped Cream:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;1-2 sudu besar butter&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu tepung jagung + air&lt;br /&gt;1 kiub ayam&lt;br /&gt;White Pepper&lt;br /&gt;Salt n sugar to taste (salt mungkin tak diperlukan sebab kiub dah masin).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lembutkan butter, masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung.&lt;br /&gt;Dah didih, masukkan kiub ayam n pepper.&lt;br /&gt;Rasakan sugar n salt. Suitable for good diet, healthy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;2 seabass (or any white meat fish) - medium size&lt;br /&gt;3 garlic - chopped&lt;br /&gt;5 stalks of spring onions - cut into 5cm length and shredded&lt;br /&gt;5 cm ginger - finely diced&lt;br /&gt;4 tbsp groundnut/peanut oil&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp light soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp sesame oil&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp salt&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;To cook:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;Lay the fishes on a heat-proof plate.  Sprinkle them with salt, sugar, garlic, ginger and spring onion, then steam them about 15-20min.  Turn off heat.&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile, heat the groundnut/peanut oil and sesame oil over high heat until just smoking then quickly pour it on the fishes. She's a good cook indeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients for 4 people:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 parts of chicken leg (ikut resepi asal guna boneless leg)&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;1 and 1/4 cup water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;2 tbsp mirin (dont use hon mirin because it is wine, use mirin fuu = sintetik mirin or mizkan mirin)&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;3-4 tbsp soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;4 chillies&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;To cook:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuang minyak sikit dlm kuali, masuk kan ayam; letak bahagian kulit dulu. It tastes nice, and it is recommended for you to try, but hmm obviously, it is not too healthy because well, you know, burger is a processed food :)  But who cares, I love it!  Oh, you can also use the same recipe to make the filling for Telur Bungkus (Wrapped Egg).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;Burger daging&lt;br /&gt;1 garlic - sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 tomato - diced&lt;br /&gt;3 s/b chillie sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 s/b tomato ketchup&lt;br /&gt;2 s/b oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;Spring onions (I didnt put it, because.. You know guys, I am not a vegetable-eater, so I never tried Nasi Kerabu before.  One day, I went to Kak Nadwah's place, and she served me and my husband Nasi Kerabu with lots of vegetables and lauk-pauk too.  I ate the lauk-pauk only hehe, and you know, it tasted sooooooooooooo good!!!  From there, I realize how great Nasi Kerabu is, but I dont like to buy it from pasar malam, I prefer to make it by my own.  Try it, it is nice ;) hehe.
