It has a very plain taste, but delicious. Suitable for good diet, healthy.
Ingredients:
2 seabass (or any white meat fish) - medium size
3 garlic - chopped
5 stalks of spring onions - cut into 5cm length and shredded
5 cm ginger - finely diced
4 tbsp groundnut/peanut oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
To cook:
Lay the fishes on a heat-proof plate. Sprinkle them with salt, sugar, garlic, ginger and spring onion, then steam them about 15-20min. Turn off heat.
Meanwhile, heat the groundnut/peanut oil and sesame oil over high heat until just smoking then quickly pour it on the fishes. Drizzle some soy sauce over the top of the fish. Done.
