Bifstik Chicken

Dr. Jazree gave me this recipe. My husband loves it very much. However, it takes lots of work to prepare it, well not really, but this recipe is suitable for those who have free time to be in the kitchen. It has 2 steps, first is you have to fry the chicken, and then, you have to make the gravy, and then mix them up together.

Ingredients for chicken:
500g boneless chicken
Oyster sauce
White pepper
An egg
Salt

Perap ayam dgn kesemua bahan-bahan di atas, selama at least 15min, then deep fry. Tos dan ketepikan.

Ingredients for gravy:
2-3 garlic - hiris
1 inch ginger - hiris
1 bwg besar - hiris
Oyster sauce
Tomato ketchup
Salt, sugar
Water
Cornflour + a bit of water
Chilie - cut into 2
Tomato - cut into 4

Tumis garlic n ginger sampai wangi.
Masukkan air, oyster sauce n tomato kechup, gula n garam secukup rasa.
Bila didih, masukkan ayam yg digoreng tadi dan bancuhan cornflour.
Kacau ikut tahap kepekatan yg dikehendaki.
Dan nak siap, masukkan bawang besar, cili n tomato, gaul2, siap.

wohoo~~sweet sour chicken...sis, some additional method, if taknak guna cornflour..you can use white egg..masa dh didih tuh..masukkan white egg only..then kacau cepat2..agak2 nak pekat then tutup api :D it's nice..but recommended to eat it when it's hot..
