Baked Macaroni with White Sauce @ Dolly's

Pasta and red sauce preparation.

1/2 packed cooked pasta (any shape will do).
800g minced meat
2 tins of Prego pasta sauce
1 large yellow onion - grated
1 carrot - grated
2 celery - grated
5 piece of button mushroom - finely slice
Oregano & parsley herbs
White & black pepper to taste.
Salt & sugar to taste.

1. Saute onion with olive oil until well fragrant.
2. Brown minced meat, until the water is gone. Add a lil bit of oregano and parsley herbs.
3. Add carrot, celery, and button mushroom, and mix well.
4. Pour pasta sauce.
5. White & black pepper, and salt & sugar to taste.
6. Salt & sugar to taste.


White sauce

1 cup olive oil (or other oil)
1 cup flour
2 chicken cubes
2 cups of water
1 cup of milk
1 eggs


1. Heat the oil with slowest heat.
2. Pour 2 chicken cubes - keep whisking
3. Pour flour - keep whisking
4. Pour water - keep whisking
5. Pour milk - keep whisking until it turns to your preferable thickness
6. Add the egg - keep whisking. And turn off the heat.

Preparation:

1. Pour a little bit of white sauce on the baking plate, it works as a foundation.
2. Pour you macaroni n white sauce.
3. Cover with white sauce, and a bit of parmesan cheese.
4. Bake until golden brown 170degree.
