Fried Maggie

This is my most favourite noodle. The taste is superb n perfect!! You can add on sotong goreng tepung to complete the dish ;) Simple n tasty!! But it is not for mother who breastfeeds their child because your baby might get wind!

Ingredients for 3-4 people:
5 packs of maggie
2 perencah kari maggie
4 garlic
1 onion (medium size)
1 red chillie
1 chicken cube
3/4 s/b sugar
1 egg
Tomato ketchup (to taste)
Water
Soy sauce
Vegetable - kobis cina or pape je.
To cook:
Rebus mee maggie, jgn sampai lembik sgt, agak2 elok2 lembut je. Toskan.
Tumis bwg besor, bwg putih, cili idup.
Masuk sket ayor (Jgn manyak benor, nnti maggie lembik n hancor).
Masuk kiub ayam, perencah maggie kari tu, sos tomato, gula. Bior didih.
Masuk telur, kacau hancuq teloq tu.
Masuk maggie, sayor, gaul rata dgn kicap.
