Lasagna



I've started to get addicted to lasagna recently. Almost every week I make lasagna. I got this recipe from Kak Nadwah, a QS who is working in Dublin. Her lasagna is the best I ever had. But Ain said, mine tastes better hihi :p Anyway, thank you very much Kak Nadwah.

Ingredients:
Minced meat ~300g
1 onion (big size) - dadu
1 and a half capsicum - dadu
2 tomatoes - dadu
~ 570g pasta sauce
Black pepper
White pepper
Sugar, salt to taste
3 eggs
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese
Lasagne sheets
To cook:
Goreng minced meat tanpa minyak, ketepi dan toskan.
Tumis onion sampai harum, then add in pasta sauce + tomato + fried minced meat + capsicum.
Tambah black n white pepper, salt n sugar to taste. Kena pandai2 adjust.
Meanwhile, pukul telur + parmesan cheese hingga sebati (known as white sauce)
Then, rebus sikit lasagne sheets sampai agak lembut.
Susun sheets, layer dgn sauce yg telah dimasak, layerkan dgn white sauce.
Then, susun semula lasagne sheet n ulang layer2 tu sekali lagi sampai abis bahan2. On the top, bubuh grated cheddar atau mozarella cheese.
Bake in the oven 200degree for 30-40min (sampai cheese garing).
