Kung Pao Chicken



This recipe is very easy to prepare and very delicious. It takes about 20 minutes. I believe this recipe is a Chinese dish, well, not really sure. It tastes sweet and sour, and not spicy at all, and it is not for gravy lovers because the food has almost no gravy.

Ingredients A
Boneless chicken (about 500g) - dadu
Cornflour
Salt

Salut ayam dgn cornflour n salt, goreng n toskan.
Don't put too much salt, otherwise it will be too salty sbb gravy dia nanti pun akan ada rasa masinnya. However, I was out of salt this evening, so I used oyster sauce instead of salt.
Ingredient B
100g gajus - goreng n toskan (but I didnt use it because I dont like it).
5 piece cili kering - cut into 1 inch length, goreng n toskan.
2 big onion, yellow one - dadu besar2
4 garlic - pound
2 inch ginger - pound
1 green capsicum - dadu besar2
3 s/b oyster sauce
2 s/b chillie sauce
1/4 cup water
oil utk tumis
salt n sugar to taste

Tumis halia dan bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan bawang besar.
Masukkan capsicum, ayam tadi, cilikering, oyster n chillie sauce and water.
Biarkan kering masukkan kacang gajus (kalau nak), kacau rata.
Sedia untuk dihidang.
