Japanese Tauhu in Oyster Sauce

Preparation:

1 cube of Japanese tauhu - 1 cm sliced, deep fry.
1 garlic - sliced
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken stock
1/2 big onion - sliced
Chinese cabbage
Carrot - sliced
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Water

To cook:
Tumis garlic, masukkan oyster sauce n chicken stock.
Masukkan sikit air, carrot, n gula n garam, to taste.
Pecahkan telur, gaul2 jadi kuah.
Masukkan Chinese cabbage n tauhu, masak sampai sayur lembut.
Siap.
